[/i] "Doesn't matter that much to me," he said. He could be playing for one person or one million people and he would be happy, as long as he was playing music that he loved. He listened as Danica explained her fear of performing in front of crowds and island princesses. "So," he said, "perform right now. I'm not a huge crowd, nor am I an island Princess." he set his guitar down by his side, and leaned back. "And I promise," he said with a grin. "That I won't pester you." [/blockquote][/size]

c l o t h i n g- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - danica nodded slightly. "o-o-okay," she said nervously and turned herself to face the piano keys. placing her fingers on them, she began to play a slow tune much like the one she had played earlier, but it was a different song of coarse. "i still hear your voice, when you sleep next to me. i still feel your touch in my dreams. forgive me my weakness, but I don't know why, without you it's hard to survive. 'cause everytime we touch, I get this feeling and everytime we kiss i swear i could fly. can't you feel my heart beat fast, i want this to last.i need you by my side. 'cause everytime we touch, I feel the static and everytime we kiss, i reach for the sky. can't you hear my heart beat so i can't let you go, want you in my life. your arms are my castle, your heart is my sky. they wipe away tears that i cry. the good and the bad times, we've been through them all. you make me rise when I fall. 'cause everytime we touch, I get this feeling and everytime we kiss I swear I could fly. can't you feel my heart beat fast, i want this to las, need you by my side. 'cause everytime we touch, i feel the static.and everytime we kiss, I reach for the sky. can't you hear my heart beat so i can't let you go, want you in my life. 'cause everytime we touch, I get this feeling and everytime we kiss i swear i could fly. can't you feel my heart beat fast, i want this to last.need you by my side." her voice was very quiet, but that was only because she was quite nervous. she quickly finshed and looked up at him, waiting for his reaction. she hoped he wouldn't say it was terrible or something.

[/i] jay watched as she put her hands on the piano, and started to play. he tried to take in both the music and the lyrics, both essential elements to any good song. he liked the line, "feel the static." of course, he didn't want to interrupt her so he didn't finish it. after she was done, he clapped slowly. "good job," he said. "did you write that?" he asked her. he wondered if the song had a guitar part or if it was just piano. [/blockquote][/size][/blockquote]

c l o t h i n g- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - "thank you," danica said with a bright smile. she laid her hands in her lap and looked up at him. "i wish i wrote it, but i didn't," she told him, "its by some foreign artist. i just heard the song one day and wrote it on sheet music. i guess its like my special talent," she shrugged and looked down at the keys. it was a thing she had been doing for a long time. taking upbeat songs an dmaking them slow flowing ballads. it was easy to her, but she had heard it was hard for others.

[/i] he smiled at her ,"your welcome, you deserve it," he said. he nodded as he listened to her describe who wrote it, and how she got it onto a sheet of music. "that's really cool," jay added. "so do you do that a lot?" he asked her. [/blockquote][/size][/blockquote]

c l o t h i n g- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - danica smiled as he said 'you deserve it'. no one had ever said that before. she nodded, "ya. quite a bit." she said after he asked if she wrote a lot of sheet music. "i just do it when i'm bored," she paused, "and i've been rather bored lately. well, very bored." she had been bored, but she was still doing all of the election stuff. it amazed her how she could get everything done and have nothing to do in the evening, sometimes in the afternoons too.
